A beautiful, shared studio space for rent starting on July 1st in an industrial-chic office building in Central Eastside. It’s a well-lit, L-shaped space facing downtown Portland.

Available privately as a part-time, three (or four, if needed) days a week lease (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or your choice of a weekend date). Two other tenants use the space the other days of the week and you will have private access on your reserved dates. Rent is $600/month + ~$25/month in utilities and a one year lease commitment is required. The space is currently rented by a therapist and an infant photographer.

The studio space is great for small group classes, private client consults and appointments, or as a quiet place to work.
