One time rentals

2 hours minimum - $50
4 hours - $75
6 hours - $100
additional hours - $20/hour

*please keep in mind that you’re responsible for set up and clean up during your rental time.

Conference rooms available to reserve alongside your booking.

• With enough booking notice the following can be reserved during your booking:

  • a private conference room (seats 6)
    *2 hours max

  • a non-private conference room (seats 8)
    *2 hours max

  • A freight elevator for larger items that won’t fit in the main elevator

Please note that access to the building follows this schedule:

11th Ave (main entrance):
Monday 7am-7pm
Tuesday-Friday 7am-8pm
Saturday 9am-8pm
Sunday 9am-7pm

Back Loading Dock Entrance:
Monday-Friday 7am-6pm
Saturday & Sunday 9am-5pm

If your rental is outside of these hours, we will work with you to ensure access during check-in and/or check-out.
