Northwest Mothers Milk Bank Donor Event

I was honored to photograph a Donor Appreciation event for Northwest Mothers Milk Bank. Their work is dear to heart and they make such a difference to little babies in need. It was a joy to work with them and all of the great donor families!

This vital, local resource makes a significant difference in the health outcomes of premature and ill infants. Milk donors are volunteers; lovingly offering the unique gift of breastmilk to other babies in their own communities."

there's something so sacred about that connection between a mama and her babe. megan & river met me at sunset for beautiful mama+baby photos. a few days later, i joined them in their home with papa with some cozy, family photos. since we had two full sessions, i had to limit this blog post to just my favorites. which was tough! :) 

i hope these images are cherished forever. when river is all grown up, his parents will be able to look back on these and relive this time all over again.
...and that's why i do this work.

full of smiles and so much love from mom and dad; little, miss ella is beyond stunning. they didn't think i could get a three month old baby to fall asleep.
we were all pleasantly surprised when she slowly drifted off to sleep. <3

baby colton

just looking at these photos you probably wouldn't know this, but it was over 90 degrees during the campbell's family session! they were all champs though, including their sweet pup.
colton decided halfway through to strip down and cool off...he's got the right idea.
